Interception CPR and First Aid Training is passionate about teaching and uses years of first hand, professional experience to teach high quality CPR. We believe in fully supporting our students in an unintimidating manner to provide the confidence and training needed to intervene in the face of an emergency, either in the clinical or public setting.

Registered nurse with over 18 years of experience. My career began in the ICU and then moving into Critical Care Transport, ER and back to ICU. I started Interception CPR in 2017 with a goal to teach this lifesaving skill in a way that could be simply understood while strengthening the confidence of the learner.
Certifications include; CFRN, ACLS, PALS, BLS, American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, and BLS Instructor, American Red Cross BLS and ACLS instructor.
